South Water Signs' corporate offices and manufacturing plant are located in Elmhurst, Illinois. We employ a dedicated work force of project managers, graphics designers, a skilled labor force and experienced installers.

We have a long history of providing electrical signage to retailers and businesses. We manufacture custom channel lettering, illuminated sign cabinets and a variety of decorative neon signs. We are best at working with customers who have multiple retail locations who need a single source with aggressive pricing and consistent high quality results.

Our real estate division produces a full range of signs for real estate developments and projects. With our large format digital printers, vinyl graphics and painting capabilities we produce stunning construction barricades, leasing signs, large scale banners and specialty signage for leasing and sales offices. Not only do we quickly produce your signs and at a competitive price, our experienced installers waste no time getting your project up and looking great.

Our capabilities also extend into custom architectural signage. We work in a variety of materials and manufacturing techniques, combining the latest electronic and web based technologies, to produce unique monument signs and complete wayfinding systems.
